Line of Duty Death

Local 48 is mourning the loss of Cincinnati Fire Fighter and Union Brother Oscar Armstrong III who was killed while fighting a fire in a residence on Laidlaw Avenue in the Bond Hill section of town on March 21, 2003. He was apparently the victim of a flashover. Please pray for him and his family.
